Tariff, Terms and Bookings

Accommodation Rates

Whole 5 bedroom property:
$950 per night, 2 night minimum, 10 people max.
Special rates and conditions apply during the peak Dec/Jan holiday period.
Rates for booking less than the whole property, and off-season rates, are available on request.
A $500 bond (refundable) and signed hire agreement are required to secure a booking.

2 Bedroom apartment (75 square metres):
$225 per night for 2 people, 2 night minimum, sleeps 4.
$35 per extra person.
Two luxury bedrooms with ensuites overlooking Lake Taupo
Kitchenette and BBQ.
Laundry facilities.

Check In and Out Times

Check in: after 2.00pm
Check out: by 10.30am

We are happy to discuss any variations to these times in advance.

Guest House Rules

Guest House rules are attached to the booking information and, during your stay, are contained in the house information folder. Guests are required to abide by all House Rules and also body corporate rules of the Grandview Estate private gated community.

Accommodation Cancellations

Life often interferes with the best laid plans... so if you do need to cancel:

within 2 weeks of your booking, 50% of the total value of your reservation will be charged
within 48 hours of arrival, we will charge for every night booked

If you have had to cancel, we do hope you'll find another date to come and stay with us, and will credit $200 towards your revised whole property booking.
